Project execution stages
Design and site preparation
The project began with a comprehensive engineering assessment of the ACMD clinic facilities. Working closely with the client’s technical team, we developed the technical specifications for the MRI suite and its supporting infrastructure. The clinic completed the following critical infrastructure works:
- Faraday cage installation: installation of RF shielding to eliminate external electromagnetic interference
- Cooling systems: installation of high-capacity chillers to maintain stable operating temperatures for the magnet’s cryogenic system
- Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems: installation of industrial-grade UPS systems to protect against power fluctuations
- Ventilation: installation of a specialized ventilation system designed to meet healthcare standards
Installation and commissioning
Once the site was approved for installation, our engineering team completed the main implementation phase:
- Installation and commissioning: precision installation of the Toshiba Vantage Titan MRI system, followed by complete system commissioning
- IT integration: integration of diagnostic workstations and medical printers into the clinic’s network for rapid image processing and reporting
- System optimization: staff training and optimization of imaging protocols to meet the center’s specific clinical requirements
