Project execution stages

Design and site preparation

During the initial phase, our engineers conducted a technical assessment of the Emergency City Hospital site. A detailed deinstallation plan was developed, including the safe disconnection of the CT scanner from the facility’s infrastructure and the logistics required to remove large system components without disrupting the operation of other hospital departments.

System removal

The implementation phase included the complete deinstallation of the Toshiba Astelion 32 CT scanner:

  • Software decommissioning and system shutdown: controlled system shutdown, data archiving when required, and safe disconnection from the power supply
  • Technical removal: professional disassembly of the gantry, patient table, and peripheral equipment in full compliance with all safety procedures
  • Logistics preparation: professional packaging and preparation of all system components for safe transportation from the hospital facility
