Project execution stages

Design and site preparation

During the initial phase, our specialists conducted a rapid assessment of the oncology center’s site and existing infrastructure. Given the facility’s operational requirements and the need for minimal downtime, we developed a coordinated plan for the parallel shutdown of the power and cooling systems, allowing the physical removal of the CT scanner to begin without delay.

System removal

The removal process was carried out with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and speed. Our engineers, Ihor Sorokin and Serhii Meshkovets, ensured seamless execution throughout the project:

  • System removal: professional disassembly of the Toshiba Asteion Super 4 CT scanner, including the gantry, patient table, and operator console
  • Compliance: strict adherence to all technical procedures and safety requirements when handling heavy system components
  • Outcome: thanks to the team’s professionalism and coordinated work, the project was completed within the required timeframe, and the equipment was fully prepared for transportation
